View Time off's in Shiftplan

Modified on Thu, 13 Apr, 2023 at 6:34 PM

Within your shiftplan, you can see sick days and other absences. This gives you a direct overview of your team's work schedule. You can see who's out or on vacation, who is working from home or who is generally unavailable.

Shiftplan makes it visually clear which employees are out on holidays so that you can easily avoid planning shifts on those days and employees.

Start by toggling on the feature in the Shiftplan settings. Go to Shiftplan > Settings > View options and toggle on Show time off in calendar.

You will immediately start seeing your employee absences in your shiftplan, as well as their status.

You can then click on the time off banner to see the time off details. When you click on MANAGE REQUEST, you are redirected to Time off > Requests to either accept or deny the time off request. Note that, when submitting or requesting a time off, the data gets immediately transferred and reflects in your shiftplan.
