Bulk request a digital signature

Managing digital signatures on payslips can be a time-consuming task, especially for companies with a large workforce. However, Kenjo offers a solution that simplifies this process. With Kenjo's bulk digital signature feature, you can request multiple digital signatures at once, significantly reducing the time and effort required when importing payslips. 


Say goodbye to the hassle of individually signing each document or chasing down employees for their signatures! This feature streamlines the workflow, improves efficiency, and ensures accurate and secure handling of payslips. Simplify your payslip management with Kenjo's bulk digital signature feature and save valuable time in the process.




To start the process, go to Smart docs > Import and click on PAYSLIPS



Then, select all the documents you want to request a digital signature for. You are now redirected to review your payslips, where you can adjust the settings for each document. 



Start by selecting a name and, optionally, a tag. If needed, you can also adjust the date. By default, the month you are currently in is selected. 



Kenjo can immediately detect the employee name on the document you just imported, so it will recognise if this person is in your company, if there is more than one employee selected, or if the person's name on the payslip is not in your company.

In case the employee information needs to be adjusted, Kenjo will notify you and inform you about the specific mistake. You can then correct the information via the drop down menu that displays all the employees in your organisation. 


 

In the next step, you can select which employee you would like to request a digital signature from. You can either select each employee manually or tick the box to bulk select all employees.



You're almost done! Before you finish up, make sure to check the summary at the bottom of the page. Here, you can see your total documents, the employees assigned, and the digital signatures requested. Take a minute to reassure yourself that all the numbers here are correct. 



If everything is correct, click on IMPORT ALL. Again, you will be shown a summary of the documents you are importing, as well as the credits you are using. You can see here how many credits you will have left after this import. After double checking everything again, click on IMPORT ALL DOCUMENTS



After clicking IMPORT ALL DOCUMENTS, you will see a loading window processing your request. It is important that you do not close this window until all documents are uploaded.


 

And you're done! Kenjo notifies you as soon as the process is completed. Click on GOT IT, and that's it. You have now successfully uploaded your company payslips while requesting a digital signature from your employees.



Note: You can check the status of your digital signature requests under Smart docs > Digital signatureIn case of an error regarding the digital signature, it will also be displayed there, so you can manually request the signature.
