Shiftplan: New Features

Modified on Tue, 2 Apr at 12:09 AM

Brand New Minimal Mode with role codes

You have a larger overview with all 30 days of the month easily visible. Makes it so much easier to plan for an entire month and have only the most important information in view.

You can now publish an entire month of planned shifts. No more going to each week to publish the planned shifts. You can also copy shifts or use templates just like you always did in the weekly view. We’ve also implemented a new filter for Working areas and filters are now saved so that the Shiftplan intuitively remembers your preferences when you come back after logging out, going for a walk with your dog, or returning from another feature.

New monthly view with multiple updates

You can select the monthly view and see an easy to scroll, comprehensive monthly view with all days of the month available for planning. You can also see time off of employees and drag & drop templates to plan with high speed in this new view.

  • Improved Filters: The filters now help you list specific teams or employees using the location and roles. The reverse is also possible when you select employees and the locations and roles would adapt based on the selections.
  • Smoother scrolling experience: If you have a large team size, scrolling up and down can be tedious. For that, we have built a faster smoother scroll experience. The platform optimises loading speed and displays data as you scroll down and not all at once. As a user you also can just keep scrolling down without the need to click on Load more.

  • Extension of repeat weeks: Through the advanced options you can now create shift repetitions up to 24 weeks (up from the previously possible 14 weeks).
