Adjust overtime balance

Please note: Overtime adjustment can be performed only for past and present months but not for future months. 


For a single employee


Please follow the next steps: 

  • Under People > Select an employee > Attendance, click on the Actions button 
  • Click on Adjust balance under Overtime Actions 
  • You can enter a new value for the overtime balance with a comment to adjust the overtime balance manually
  • Once you fill in the fields, click Save


Note: Adjustment made to the overtime balance resets any prior changes made to attendance or time off. 


You can view the Tracked overtime history and Adjustment history by clicking the button beside them. 



For multiple employees (in bulk)


Please follow the next steps: 

  • Under People > Attendance summary, select the employees by clicking on the checkbox
  • Click on Adjust balance under Overtime Actions
  • You can enter a new value for the overtime balance with a comment to adjust overtime balance manually
  • Once you fill in the fields, click Save



You can view the Selected employees by clicking the button beside the item. 




A warning message will be displayed to notify that a change has been made and to prompt the user to view the Details section to understand the changes performed. The warning message can be closed by clicking the "x" button. 


Under the attendance summary page of an employee (Monthly view - only for the month in which the adjustments are made)


Under the Details section (only for the month in which the adjustments are made)
