The My attendance's view for employees and the Attendance section of each employee for admins, is being updated as part of our new redesign for shift-based work schedules.

All employees — or you as an admin for all your employees — will see an hours overview in the form of a large slider displaying:
- The total paid hours for the period so far. This includes tracked working hours + paid time off + public holidays (total time).
- How many working hours have been planned so far in the current month, either via the shift plan or based on the working schedule defined in the contract (scheduled time).
- Whether there is currently a time surplus (more hours worked than planned) or a time deficit (fewer hours worked than planned).
Below this, in smaller text, you will see:
- Left: How many required hours have accumulated so far for the period (contracted hours - time off - public holidays)
- Right: How many scheduled hours are expected to be worked in the current month according to the contract
Below each date, you can see how many working hours are planned for each working day.
If employees work with fixed and regular target hours AND have overtime tracking enabled, their overview will look slightly different: on the right side, an additional overtime summary is displayed, while all other values remain the same.

Daily view
The daily attendance view can be used by admins as a dashboard.
- Go to Attendance > Attendance Summary > Daily
Here you can see all employees with their:
- actual tracked start and end times
- breaks
- optional Geolocation information
- total accumulated time time for the day
- and the difference between tracked and scheduled hours, indicating whether more or fewer hours were worked than planned (time surplus or time deficit)
Puedes usar los filtros o la barra de búsqueda en la parte superior derecha para encontrar equipos o empleados específicos
