Using the Attendance module in Kenjo, your employees will be able to track their working hours with just click and you'll have real-time insights into workloads. First steps
In order to properly use Attendance tracking, you as an admin must have previously:
- understood how to use legally compliant time tracking
- Enabled attendance for the company (or for specific employees),
- created an attendance policy
- defined the settings of the policy like:
- Time tracking methods
- Geolocation
- Shift Rules
- Rest Rules
- Possibly you want to deduct breaks automatically when employees forget to enter their break
- assigned employees to the policy
additionally you have the option to:
- enable an Attendance widget
- create a work schedule or custom work schedule
- and assign employees to it
Day-to-Day Attendance tasks
When your organization uses time tracking, you as an admin will need to handle these kind of tasks:
- View your employees' Attendance summary
