Centralizing your Recruitment communication

Modified on Tue, 9 Jul at 10:12 AM

If you want a streamlined process to ensure all messages are effectively managed here is the best way to do it:

Step 1: Set Up a Centralized Email Address

  1. Create an Email on Your Domain
  • Set up an email address dedicated to recruitment (for example; karriere@domain.com).
  • Configure this email to auto-forward incoming messages to your feed address.

Step 2: Update Your Recruitment Workflow Templates

  1. Change Up Your Templates
  • Include a note in your recruitment workflow templates stating that replies to the original email will not be received.
  • Instruct candidates to send any questions or concerns to that karriere@domain.com.

What's the benefit of this?

  1. Bye-Bye to Spam and Auto Replies
  • The centralized email (karriere@domain.com) will help filter out spam and automated responses.
  • By providing clear instructions, candidates are more likely to read and follow the guidelines.

Important Note

Auto-Forwarding Functionality

  • The auto-forward feature ensures that emails forwarded to the feed address are associated with the candidate's email address, not the intermediary (karriere@domain.com).
  • Avoid using regular forwarding, as it will link emails to the intermediary address, disrupting the process.
